Payment Policy

At HeimNord, we want to provide a convenient, secure, and reliable checkout experience to all of our customers. This Payment Policy applies to purchases made in Germany and will also apply, with local adaptations, to future operations in Denmark and Sweden.

  • Orders are prepared and shipped only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

  • If payment fails, we may cancel the order, and the customer will be notified.

  • HeimNord does not store full card details on its servers.

  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding their payment credentials.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • In the case of chargebacks or payment disputes, HeimNord reserves the right to provide evidence of the transaction to the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

6. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

  • Payments may be subject to fraud checks and verification.

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders and report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
